Never received items or refund.

On the 31st of July 2015 I bought a 1.6 Cylinder Head for my Opel Corsa (Fuel Injection). When I received the Cylinder Head from Opel Spares it was a 1.4 Cylinder Head <br> On the 4th of August I send it back to them and inform them that they supp**** the wrong Head. They than send me another Cylinder Head .<br> On arrival I noticed it was a Cylinder Head for the 1.6 Carburetor Engine. My Corsa is the Fuel Injection, whereby the ports on the Intake Manifold differs from the Carburetor Head Cylinder.<br> On 6 August 2015 I send the second wrong supp**** item back to Opel Spares. They never ever supp**** me with the correct item which I initially request and paid for. <br> When they couldn't supply me with the correct item I than ask for a refund which they refused because, according to the owner he don't do refunds.<br> I than bought the correct Cylinder Head from Masterparts in Paarl. <br> I phoned Shaheen the owner to arrange with him seeing that he don't do refunds and don't have the part which I need, that he must supply me with the air-conditioning hoses on my Corsa, on which he agree to send. <br> From the 6 of August 2015 up until now they failed to supply after numerous phone calls and messages.
