Frustrate by Opel SA

Hi Peter. I own Opel Astra K. I have been serving my car at Westvaal Klerksdorp since I bought it. And I never skip a service. 2022/6/28 I took my car for 145000 service. And the rear light start to malfunction. I was told that in 2000 there was a communication that Corsa E and Astra K were recall the fix the problem. I told Westvaal management that I never got that communication and I asked them can they assist me, they told me my car reach 150 000 is out of warranty. I tried to explain that they were supposed to inform me by the time I brought the car for service and they never did. I escalate my matter to Opel SA. They only told me that they can assist me if Westvaal Klerksdorp is not willing to assist. Kindly assist me by making sure my message reach management of Opel SA and Westvaal Motors
