Faulty parts that should have been recalled

I am writing on hellopeter as I do not know where to escalate this issue. My wife, her sister and I all have a 2015 Opel Adam Jam. Although I believe the Opel Adam is the most "car" you can get for the price - there are two issues with it. I am sure I am not the first to complain about this as all 3 our cars have the exact same issues.

# 1: The cubby-hole (glove box) has not been used by either of us as it broke with the first use. The quality of the hinge system is terrible.

# 2: Every time it rains it sounds like the car is filled with water rocking back and forth as I drive. I singled it out to water being trapped within the door panels. Surely this is not normal and surely this is not the first complaint about this?
