DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

worst service ever.......

I took my car for service on the 17th of march to Opel Northcliff.after collecting the car the next day the car was leaking oil,i took the car back to Opel,after they assessed the car i was told there is an oil pipe that busted and they currently do not have the part at the dealership they have to order the part and it will take a month for them to receive the part. they do not communicate to update me about the progress i am the one who have to keep on calling them for follow up as it is over a month. to my surprise this morning when i call to follow up if they have received the part i was told the part will only arrive in South Africa end of June. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY FEEL TO GIVE ME SUCH FEEDBACK,I AM PAYING THE CAR AND INSURANCE FOR A CAR THAT AM NOT USING,THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DAMAGED MY CAR BUT AT THE END I AM THE ONE SUFFERING. I AM NOW WONDERING IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ALL THEIR CLIENTS OR IS IT BECAUSE I AM BLACK.
