Bad service Opel Isuzu Chevrolet contact centre

Poor service from Opel Chevrolet Isuzu contact centre. I have been raising a complaint of bad ride quality of my new Opel Astra Essentia for two months now. The Astra rides like a 1980 tractor and it is supposed to be SA 2017 car of the year. The car needs new shocks. The only thing they do is refer you back to dealer if ever they answer your call. They never reply to emails. Dont bother emailing. Bad service. The dealer Williams Hunt Fourways also gives bad attitute when you complain.
