Terrible Service on Refunds

I tried to purchase a handbrake cable from opel mania in retreat, cape town, well R600 later on courier costs still not the right cable were found. I tried watsapp, phoning the owner everything to get a refund on the money paid originally on the cable. Long story short a lot of excuses and no refund. Its been over a month now. Thats not customer service? I want my money bac****!
