Opco 365(Pty) Ltd affecting my credit score

Hellopeter i need help everytime i need to open credit cards it decline and someone told me to check my credit score and there is this company Opco 365(Pty) Ltd which i don't know shows that i opened an account back thn 2018 of which ididn't and it is affecting my credit score please help me how to remove it😥
