Stay far away from Opatra's "free" facials

This business approached my unsuspecting 82 year old aunt while walking by their shop and offered a "free" facial. They then coerced her into buying products that cost her R16200. She has absolutely no use for such expensive skincare products at her age. They exploited her vulnerable mental state to make a sale. She wasn't even completely aware of the amount she lost until we realized what was going on and explained to her. Because of this, she is now in financial distress, and they flatly refuse to take back their products and refund her. Some of their tactics involve discounting every single product they sell to you and then stating at the bottom of the sales slip that no discounted products can be returned. Over and above this, the owner claims the she does not refund any products, ever, because it is beauty products and she cannot guarantee the integrity of the products the minute it leaves the shop. After communicating with them for the past 2 weeks, and even involving the Mall Management, I am now taking the matter further, and hopefully the outcome will be protection for future unsuspecting shoppers walking past their shop in Kolonnade Mall.
