**** service from Opal sports

We received extremely bad customer service from Opal sports. We bought a new cricket bat for my son and the cricket bat was only 10 days old after 2 practice cessions the bat was cracked. They refuse to exchange or to refund us. I can understand if you repair a bat that was already used a few months. A new bat should not crack within 10 days? I would not advise anybody to purchase Gunn and Moore through opal sports as they tried to put the blame back on the customer and you pay a lot of money for absolutely **** service and **** products. I would never buy anything from them again. I also think Sportsman warehouse should stop distributing their product as they do not sell quality products to the public and they don't care about the consumer at all. Both Ann and Richard could not solve the product so we still sit with a broken bat before the poor boy even played a match!!!!!!!!
