Poor Service & Missing items in packaging

Bought a digital piano from the Montana store on Saturday. It was the last one left and on display. Paid for it and arranged for it to be collected on Sunday. Arrived Sunday to find that it is still on display and not packed. Marques was apologetic and I returned after 30mins to collect. When arriving at home, we discovered that the power supply was not packed and that we cannot use the piano.
