Substandard products and service.

<p>I bought four clothing items from OomKallieKannie at Kragdag. Upon opening the packaging I found both shirts scuffed/chafed. Although Laetitia has agreed to exchange these items, they seem to be unavailable most of the time, even when I took time out when in their area to try and resolve this. After various sms's and 8 e-mails I have given up on trying to get this matter resolved in an acceptable manner, I guess I'll wear these shirts when gardening or in my workshop. Please check items you buy from these ladies vary carefully, and don't expect any effort from their side to resolve quality issues. Oom Kallie's everywhere should feel insulted and agitated with their name being dragged through the mud in this manner!</p>
