DISGUSTING DISHONEST

I have used Oojah travel insurance for the 1st time they are so inefficient my bag was tampered with in mumbai airport internal flight jet airways My husband hand luggage bag was broken at airport and my bag zip was broken and items was ****** from bag my husband bag wheels where broken We had to buy new bags has those could not be used All pictures flight details etc was sent It's now almost a month we are not re imbursed Howard informed me Nerusha Francis not her desk but she responded after a week saying she was off sick She then now hands over to Yolandi Who now asks me for all proof of pics etc again I asked her to call me urgently to discuss but has not responded up until now DISAPPOINTED NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
