Ooh-la-la is anything but!

I ordered an oregon bookcase from Ooh-la-la, and stressed that I needed it urgently. After a bit of back and forth about the correct measurements, it disappeared off the owner's radar. It was only when I phoned to ask when it was going to be delivered that he became aggressive as he had clearly forgotten about my order. It was finally delivered 2 days later, without the masonite backing we had agreed on. I had already paid for it in full, so I didn't have a recourse to not pay the full amount, which he obviously took advantage of. As he was leaving he shouted over his shoulder: "You are an ungrateful woman!" Then when I threatened to report him on hellopeter he offered to repay me, and take back the bookcase. Too late!
