Damaged scalp

I had done my hair on the Friday 6th of September 2019, I had to undo the hairstyle as it was unbearable to keep. I paid R250 to get a permanent bump on my head , it is still painful even after I had taken the pondo out.I have posted on their facebook page but I am ignored till today. I still have the after effects having a painful and damaged scalp.
