NO SSEG REGISTRATION OR OR SUBMISSION OF COMMISSIONING REPORT SINCE 2024

We have Financed our Solar installation in 2024 through Ooba Solar, and a service provider appointed by Ooba. We have been struggling since March 2024 to get the SSEG registration and the submission of the commissioning report finalised, which we have paid R 6000.00 for. We are not receiving any response on our messages or emails. This is the worst service I have experienced. If the documentation and registration cannot be completed we urge to refund us the money paid. We hae been dealing with Gloria at Sinogygroup.
