Dear Damian, I am writing to you regarding a matter of extreme urgency and professional frustration. My experience with your employee, Mr. Kagiso Chiloane, has not only been deeply unprofessional but is now actively causing significant financial and logistical delays for my Body Corporate. This situation stands in stark contrast to the commitments to "client service," "professionalism," and "integrity" championed on your website. To provide context, I required three independent quotes for essential roof repairs and waterproofing. Based on your company's reputation, I formally named the Onyx Group as one of the three contractors to be consulted. The sequence of events has been as follows: · 18 September 2025: Mr. Chiloane conducted a detailed on-site inspection. I provided my email address, and he took extensive photographs. · 2 October 2025: After I followed up, Mr. Chiloane initially claimed the job was "too small," but upon my request, he explicitly agreed to provide the photographs and a condition report to support my submission to the Body Corporate. · 10 October 2025: He promised to "send it out today." · Subsequent Weeks: Despite my repeated, increasingly urgent messages explaining that the Body Corporate's 30-day AGM notice period was being triggered, I have received nothing. His communication has ceased entirely. The direct consequence of this failure is severe. We have already been forced to postpone one AGM and are now facing a second postponement, solely because we are waiting on the quote from Onyx Group. The other two submitted quotes for the full roof repairs are in the range of R2.2 to R2.5 million. My question to you is a simple one: Does the Onyx Group not require business of this scale? This is no longer a matter of a "small job." It is a significant project, and your company's refusal to even provide a promised report and quote is baffling. It demonstrates a fundamental breakdown in your sales and client management process that is costing you a major contract and damaging your reputation with an entire Body Corporate. My request remains unchanged: I need the photographs and condition report that were promised to me weeks ago, along with a formal quote for the work, to present to the members at the AGM. The timeline is critical. I require your immediate personal intervention to resolve this. The continued silence from your team is unacceptable and is being noted by all parties involved. I look forward to your urgent response. Yours sincerely,
