Great Product - Terrible Courier company

My experience with this company and its representative is absolutely 5 star and cannot find fault with the product range either. My only recommendation to this company would definitely be to change their courier company used - Fastway couriers. My parcel was collected on Saturday 25 November and it is 30 November today - and the parcel has yet to be delivered, despite tracking this parcel. O Nutricia, if you value your company and clients, you will definitely change your courier company
