Unreliable with regard to return times
I live alone, and so I expect to know exactly when they will be returning my laundry (give or take 30 minutes) as I may be going out. Instead, you will be told 11am but instead get it back at 2pm, or 3pm, or 4pm. Who knows? They certainly don't.
