Be sure if you want to have your laundry done by this company. I happened forget my Daniel Wellington watch in my jacket when I sent it to be washed. The watch did not return with the rest of the clothes. I asked multiple times on WhatsApp and they said they had seen the watch and put it at the top of the clothes. BUT IT WASNT THERE. I looked EVERYWHERE. The plastic in which they wrapped the clothes had no hole or anything it meaning no one could have tore the plastic to take the Watch out. I have asked for camera footage from where they work. I wanted to see when they packaged the clothes and the ignored

Thank you very much for bringing you issue to our attention. We thought that this issue was finalised. We collected your laundry on the 10th of June 2022 and we discovered that the was a watch included on in your laundry (we could have kept quiet but we did tell you); on the 11th of June 2022, you advised that we could drop the laundry including the watch by your security. We did that and 3 days later you advised that the watch was missing.
We always ensure that we have an arm’s length relationship wirh our clients and being in the industry for nearly 10 years now, if we were theves as you wrongfully put it, we will be out of business. One of our Directors will call you to explain the above and ensure that there is consensus.

05 Nov 2022, 16:253 days later because that’s only when I actually opened my laundry and realized that my watch wasn’t there. That is why I then asked you about it on WhatsApp. I’m guessing the security at my place tore the plastic open to take the watch out then wrapped it up again because then when I opened the plastic there was no hole, it was sealed as they always are.
