Poor overall service
Inexperience and lack of attention to detail. The use multiple brands showing no loyalty to their suppliers, outdated equipment and filthy facility which shows a lack of care as well. Their tardiness was most unprofessional too. Their billing was prompt though...

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you canceled your contract with us on the 30th of March 2021 and you did not have the guts to advise us (we only get to know about it when our driver came 3 times and was being told that there is no laundry pickup today & later found a competitor picking up your laundry). We invited you to our facility with your preferred supplier of chemicals (who denounced our current suppliers). You never gave us feedback on that visit and only to see it on this platform - do you have any ulterior motives?
We are sure you have little to no understanding of how laundry factories work and also the lifespan of the machines. You are entitled to your opinion and that we respect; however having a smear campaign on us is ********* and unprofessional. In our view, we parted on good terms (no one owes anyone anything) and it is good for you to just acknowledge that our partnership did not work as we have clients who are thrilled about our services.
We have requested our Directors to take this up with your Directors as this is not right?
