Poor customer service and misleading information

First of all the information on their website is misleading because on their website it says that dry cleaning services take 2-3 days, gave them my jacket on Saturday morning before 9, Sunday I got an invoice saying the money is due in 1 day paid the money thinking they are gonna deliver Monday and then they went silent, Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday I decided to call them and ask them for an update and they said that they will call me Thursday morning and they did not, I gave them the whole day of Thursday to call me but they did not so I took it upon myself to send them messages and they rep**** to me saying that their dry cleaning services take 7 day, while they had told me they take 2-3 days even now I still don’t have an update on my jacket

Very poor customer service and unreliable would not recommend
