First time used - BIG MISTAKE

Used them for this first time, thought it was very handy for them to come and collect my dress.

Website stated that it will only take 48 working hours. After 5 days I had to follow up, which they assured my “without fail” that it will be delivered the next day. The next day come and went, followed up again that night, they guaranteed it will be delivered the following day. I’m still struggling to get my dress back from them.
