Website crashes and *****s your money.

I tried to purchase R700 of electricity from Ontec. The site crashed as the payment went through. So my bank has reserved the funds but Ontec has not taken the funds out. I've received no token and every time I call, their help desk says that they'll pass on the problem to finance or their technicians. But nothing gets done. So I'm R700 out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no help from them. Avoid this company at all costs.
