Ontec Bad bad service

If I could give this place a minus, I would give them a minus 10... Bought pre-paid electricity through them five days ago, up until this very moment, I did not receive my token yet... Five days of sending emails with proof of payment, five days of phoning them with empty promises... I would not recommend them to anyone, especially not if you are working with a budget... I had to use money I put aside for food, to actually buy electricity because they don't send me my token paid for FIVE days ago
