No resolve with OntecvHome

2 days trying to buy electricity. Buy on app with no alternates. After bank approval of funds does not direct you back to site. When logging in to site it says error occurred. Ontec says it's the bank and the bank says its not from bank side. I have wasted so much phone calls and time trying unsuccessfully buying electricity. What a pathetic system. Why would any municipality engage with shoddy service provider.
