Bad service and bad repair

The business came to collect the damaged Ice machine on the 24th of December 2017 and returned it on the 4th of January 2018 with the machine still not repaired but payment was made. Tried contacting them several times and it has only went to voicemail with no call back. Cost R 1250 and machine still broken, bad service and lack of contacting you back or collecting to repair damaged product.
