****med by Onsite Repairs - office chair repairs!!!

This has been an adventure of note. In December 2021, we placed an order for 13 chairs with a company called Onsite Repairs (Pty) Ltd – Onsite Office Chairs. A deposit of 50% was paid on acceptance of their quote. We were promised delivery of new chairs in December 2021. Today more than 5 months later, we still do not have our chairs or the refund of our deposit. My bookkeeper and I have spoken to Themba (the only person who answers the calls) on many occasions. Whenever we call, Themba cannot give us an answer as he always says he will speak to Lebogang. He has yet to give us an answer as to what is happening. He does not know!!! Lebogang who apparently runs the company does not take calls and is never available, even on email. Every promise that Themba has made, has been broken. The stories / excuses vary from time to time. We have been promised our deposit back on a certain date– that was not honoured. We have been promised new chairs on a certain date – that was not honoured. Lebogang finally contacted us after we sent the above letter to him. He too promised to deliver our chairs last week. Of course that never happened. Now he has blocked our calls. If you want to be embroiled in lies, mistrust and incompetance, then place an order with Onsite. My advise is steer clear of them. As someone said in another review- they are ********. Perhaps all their ****med customers should get together and approach Devi or Carte Blanche!!! Email ***
