OUTSTANDING SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

<p>We had all our office chairs repaired and reupholstered by Onsite Repairs ( ********** / www.onsiterepairs.co.za ), The last of the chairs were due to be delivered to us today but the Mike & Clive were involved in an accident and had to wait for the tow truck to arrive. The office immediately informed us of the accident and sent photo's as proof. A while later, the bakkie arrived - being towed by the tow truck - with our chairs. The tow truck driver was not happy when the guys insisted on them bringing the chairs to us first before taking the bakkie back to the office. Understand that there is a storm outside at the moment - thunder, lightining, pouring rain - and our chairs arrived.</p> <p>THAT is committment! THAT is outstanding customer service. I am so glad we went with this small company instead of someone bigger and better known. Well done Mike, Clive and your team. And THANK YOU! </p>
