Onsite Repairs Guarantees nothing

Came to fix two of our office chairs. One broke again after about a week. Have sent countless emails as they have a 6 months guarantee. They explicitly guarantee items will last 6-60 months. Have not heard back from them at all. Our chair fix will probably not even take that long. Please avoid as far as possible, I know I am going to never be making use of them again or recommend to any family or friends.
