Please can you verify the below is ok to post before I do so;

I employed OSM Projects in March 2021, with a six month time period to complete a house renovation on my newly acquired property. The owner of the company, Joe, protracted the job for over a year, completed the work with substandard workmanship and materials and took the money I gave to him to purchase materials and used it for his own purposes. It is now 2.5 years after the property was handed over to him and we are having to re-do much of the ‘work’ he conducted. The matter led to a court case, initiated by him for my original post on this site, which was won in my favor in the Cape Town Magistrates Court on Wednesday the 8th November 2023. There are a significant number of people who have submitted Affidavits to attest to the practices and tactics OSM uses, ranging from his customers, his suppliers and his employees, all of whom proffered their services or funds and were never paid or were never delivered the services they had paid for. There is a great deal of evidence to substantiate all of the above.

The next step in this ordeal will be to take OSM to court to claim against him for the absconded monies.</div>
