Poor customer service not professional at all

<p>they came in college for graduation photography. I paid them in advance. They said picture will b ready in evening it was Thursday I left I thought will collect it tomarw. But when I came tomarw to collect from reception desk they said they did not give us. After that i called them many time I email them but they even did not bother to call back. Even my college sent them email but they did not reply. It seems my money and my time wasted. </p>
