Broken promises

I have order my daughter's photos online with onsiteimages and made EFT payment of R345 on the 8th of October 2018 and the deposit was made to Edmund Pieterse, to FNB account number ********** 4273,and I was promised that I will receive the photos in two weeks time after the payment because I chose standard mail,til this date I've received nothing and I sent emails, phone calls and I promised next week, next week, every time I call and the last email I sent I received no response, and I have a reference number, F180 ********** 07 Busisiwe which I use for payment, I want to know how are they operating their business, and iam doubting their services
