My Father was housed here for three months, with underlying chronic conditions that required daily monitoring. This was discussed and agreed upon by Management and offered as part of the services. I had to constantly request monitoring of his blood pressure as well as glucose levels. Feedback was always the Sister was not aware or staff did not know. At one stage I offered my father's glucose meter and strips, still no vitals were taken or shared when asked. He was fetched by an ambulance, where the admitting doctor said that he was severely dehydrated, meaning he was without proper hydration for 12 hours or more, that was 12:00 in the afternoon. He passed away a week later. Frail Care is not what is advertised, his bank card and mobile phone was ****** two days apart, daily vitals are not taken, my father had mild dementia, which they were aware off, and still did not bother to ensure that he takes in enough fluids or do the vitals they advertise and promise when you are admitted
