Good food, worst service ever

When we got there we had problems getting our table, even though we booked. Ordered some bread to have before our mains, that actually arrived at the same time our mains arrived. We were a table of 6, my Eisbein eventually arrived when everyone else was about halfway with their mains, then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring me a knife. Ordered some iced coffee that arrived room temperature, at which time we just wanted to get out. Food was good, a real pity that the front of house never added to what could have been an amazing dining experience. Will we go back, definitely not
