So disappointed with On Point TV Repairs

Our TV had a problem with lights they need to be replaced with new lights, they replaced the lights with lights that are NOT suitable for our TV and they cracked transparency which caused a dark spot on the screen. 10 months later our TV has the same that we called them to fix.
