Bad service at reception!

Upon arriving on time for check in, I was made to wait for more than 45 minutes at reception. It's my first time here, but I'm VERY disappointed at their services. I'm even tempted to request for refund... unprofessional of them, having paid and reserved my room in over a month ago!
