21 days have passed still waiting for my refund

I'm so disappointed with their service I had made a booking and paid then later canceled and was told I'd get my refund in 21 days and guess what I'm still waiting for it and their communication skills suck I'm even starting to think is it because I'm black my case isn't taken serious.

I'm beyond defeated at this point.
