bad experience with Only Realty Edge (Centurion)

I Rented a place from only realty edge centurion, is been 3 months since I move out ,The agent and the company they haven't refunded me my deposit, I gave them two months notice but they want me to pay rent for the space since they did not have a tenant for that period, The agent is busy saying I must pay for bulb, ants things I don't know.
