Very quick to take your money but aren't bothered about the actual tenants

These people are very quick to take your money but when it comes to customer service and attending to maintenance issues from the PREVIOUS tenants they are not bothered. I have sent countless emails to Viola Markowska, Mikelle Botes and Marie-Christine Lacher regarding the issues in the apartment and they are not bothered on any level regarding having these issues sorted.
