Very poor service. Would not recommend.

My experience with this agency has been deeply disappointing. My tenant informed them of a cancellation, yet I was never notified. When rental payments stopped, the only communication I received was a demand letter—no prior updates or engagement.

I tried calling several times, but no one ever got back to me. It’s incredibly difficult to speak to a real person who can assist. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

They seem uninterested in providing any meaningful service. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
