Terrible service

The WORST experience I've ever had as a tenant. I dealt with a lady by the name of Viola during my inspection who was SO rude and provided the most disrespectful and disgusting customer service. I'm expected to move into an apartment that has issues from the previous tenant that have not been attended to or dealt with. The agency has no interest in attending to the issues before I move in. I had this wonderful lady leave my keys in a draw and herself and her colleague were driving out the apartment block. Had I not seen them leaving I wouldn't have known where the keys were. I'm really disgusted with the whole experience.
