Poor communication.

Upon finding a property in westacres Mbombela. I liked I spoke to an agent. We stayed ....I stayed in contant and constantly had to remind the agent to communicate with me. I was told the property was being built up based on our agreement. I completed my form and the landlord approved. The company is saying the landlord is indecisive about starting finish dates and although thats a problem on 3 or 4 occasions I had messaged the agent asking for the contract and the account details to pay everything to secure the property. I never got a contract or definitive answer.

Yesterday afternoon I enquired with regards to the details needed and was told that the morning prior there was a decision made to have someone else take the property. ABSOLUTE F**KING **** TAKE. If I had not messaged the agent(as the history of my attempts of communication proves) the agent wouldve probably left me hanging till now. I am repulsed the lack of urgency and professionalism. When enquiring for his managers details i was told he cant so I googled the office and phoned them to lodge the complaint. I had already made plans to move out and because of this pathetic communication i might sit without a roof over my head. They dont understand they are playing with peoples basic needs to live. The only reccomendation I can make is to stay away. All I got for my troubles is a measely sorry. Sorry doesnt put a roof over peoples heads.
