My Rent Deppsit.
Delay of my Rent Deposit for days and i didn't damage anything on the property. The agency is about to use all my Rent Deposit to fix the landlord property and i didn't damage a thing.

26 Jan 2024, 13:51Today is 26th Jan and I didn't get my deposit. These agency is planning to take all my deposit not rent. I left the house Jan 16th and i didn't get my remaining 15 days money. I paid all their rent for 8 months. I owe the agency and the Landlord(Spring Air Investment 108 PTY LTD) nothing. I repeat NOTHING. So why is the Landlord and the agency holding my deposit of 5,800? Please these renting agency Only Realty is very bad and not good. Guys don't take a home from the company anymore.

They are very disguising. YOUR DEPOSIT is their HOT CAKE. They **** about everything. I have moved out from the house UNIT 24 MACANUDO COMPLEX since Jan 15th, 2024. I paid full monthly payment and now they didn't return me my DEPOSIT of 5,800R. BAD ESTATE MANAGEMENT!!!
