My family and i have had to live with high water bills due to leaving pipes and no warm water due to broken geyser for over 2 months. In that 2 months we've never skipped rental payments because they say landlord needs to approve quotation. I was paying rent on time with the understanding maintenence required money. If I pay they will have the money to attend to these to these issues. 2 months later they still have the audacity to laugh at my complaints whilst insisting rent is due regardless and there is nothing they can do. I am renting this property via their agency. We pay +R10k monthly rent to them at that time.
