**** agents. Bad placements. Drug Dealer Tenants.

Be careful of the agent operating in Bloubergstrand and Table View belonging to this group.

They do not do proper background checks on the tenants they place. We currently have a sketchy drug dealing tenant who was placed by one of their agents. This is not the first time. In fact one of the owners who lives here confronted the agent and asked her to kindly find someone respectable and decent, with the agent responding in laughter. She looks fancy and professional but only interested in a quick placement and then never to be seen again. You have been warned. These guys need be held accountable for their actions. I did some research and this particular agent is under many agencies, my guess is that as soon as she gets reported she moves to the next **** agency.
