Ronel Vorster is trying to rob me of my rental which she need to pay me back as per rental agreement

Ronel Vorster from company called vianel property or only Realty is trying to rob me of my rental deposit and my bathroom mirror the previous owner told me the one lady just moved out when I moved in so I left end of November 2021 and cleaned house as I took it every day she has a different excuses I even have her email all I want is my R8600 deposit back otherwise I am taking this up ,the reason I left was my monthly electricity bill kept on increasing from R800 right up to 3300 plus minus and I was advise to check the stove and the geyser which I couldn't cause all those items belongs to them and I wasn't helped plus when the apartment was sold I ended paying another top up on my deposit I have all documents as proof the house was clean which I maintained it clean and left it clean it was not newly painted since there was someone that just left the Property and I was advised by the previous owner Charl Slabbert all I need is for her to refund my deposit and my bathroom mirror
