Unprofessional Agents and Agency

The experience with One Realty has been the worst experience to date. They are unprofessional, rude and their customer service is terrible. They do not care about the rights of the tenants. They do not disclose information before submitting you a lease and then refuse to give you your deposit back due to their misrepresentation of the unit and lack of disclose to information and repairs required in the unit.

A terrible agency to work with and I will never deal with them again. Stay clear or make sure you inspect every single aspect of the unit during the viewing and inspect all aspects of the lease before signing.
