Terrible Rental Agency
the competency of this agencies operations is pathetic at best. please stay away from their renting their properties or allowing them to handle your property. the level of frustration you will go through is unimaginable.

02 Sept 2021, 18:13Unless less than 24-hours maintenance turnaround means 9- days or more then you and I are in total agreement that I am being unreasonable. This contractor came to my place on 24/08/2021. i spoke to an agent about the issue that he caused the very same day. i sent an email on 25/08/2021 as a reminder, no one responded. i sent another email on 26/08/2021 and no one responded. i spoke to another agent via phone on Tuesday the 31/08/2021 and sent an email after, again no response. Today I called again and was told that I just have to wait. The contractor 16:54, i couldn't answer but called him back at 17:00 and he is only coming tomorrow. lastly, I do not want your apology because you are not sorry, you are indifferent, all I need is the geyser fixed.
