Propert Agent not honoring appointment

Yesterday I made an appointment to view an apartment with Debre Oberholzer. We both agreed to 11:30am this morning. I had to take time off work to make this appointment on time. I arrived at the complex at 11;20am and the security guard at the boom gate asked me to park my car in the street while I wait for her. 11:30 she was not there. Decided to give her some more time as she could have been delayed by another appointment. At 11:37am I sent her a text telling her that I am waiting at the complex as per our arrangement. She read the text but did not reply. At 11:45am I called her to find out if she was still coming- phone rang until she disconnected it. I called her again at 11:50am- phone rang yet again and was again disconnected. I decided at 12pm to leave as she was obviously not coming anymore. When I got back to the office- I called her again- phone again went unanswered. What makes me so upset is that she actually set the 11:30am time for the appointment- and did not come or even have the courtesy to tell me she could not make it. All my calls to her went unanswered. I had to take time off work to make this appointment. I would have appreciated it if she had told me that she doesn’t want me to view the apartment and rather I didn’t contact her about it. She not only wasted my time, but had a total disregard of common courtesy to cancel. She knew she was not going to come but still let me drive and wait for nothing. They should specify the “type” of tenants they are looking for cause clearly I don’t meet the requirements. I sincerely hope that this is not the way she or Only Realty Synergy treats her current and potential clients of color.
