Poor after sales service
Poor intervention on issues that should be spearheaded by the agency, especially because of the commission paid monthly to the agency. Basically poor after sales service...once the agreement is signed, no attention the customer service, woos and pleas!

14 Feb 2020, 13:03Marie-Christine Lacher has made contact with me. We enjoyed good communication in the past and I'm happy to note that she is communicating with me again. There was a slight mis-understanding when a 3rd party service provider did not transfer information required with regards to my unit under the management of Only Realty. However this is being sorted out. I would recommend anyone thinking of dealing with property managers, to contact Marie-Christine.
